Our farm is expanding!

We're thrilled and a little smitten with these 10 girls! We have welcomed a variety of heritage breed hens to our farm that will begin producing eggs this summer. We requested a mix of docile chicks that will grow into productive layers over the course of a few months. We are fascinated by their uniquness and their interesting personalities that are starting to come through.

These hens will forage on pasture following our cows in a rotation to maximize soil and animal health.Welcome to Second Spring Farm ladies!
